Donate to Our Foundation

We are looking for patrons who would like to support the Library by donating to the
Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund.

Donations to the Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund will be held in perpetuity with disbursements made annually to fund the Slave Lake Library's collection.

Donating is easy:  Simply click on the picture below and it will take you to the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta.  Then identify the Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund as the fund you wish to donate.

By doing this survey you will be helping us in our future planning and tell us where to direct our focus. We want our library to be the best it can be and for that we need your help!

Spring is finally here and things are happening at the library! There's After School Club, Storytime, Afternoon Movies and lots more!

Please note that the library will be closed on May 21st for the long weekend.

Winter might not be willing to move on just yet, but we're still blooming with things to do at the library!

Come by the library on March 24th for your chance to get a picture with the Easter Bunny!

We've also got our afternoon movies, afterschool club and storytimes happening as usual so we hope to see you there!

While it might be the shortest month of the year, there's always a lot going on at the library!

This month, we have our Blind Date with a Book contest. Take out one of our wrapped books, and see where your blind date takes you!

February 16th we'll be having Cookie Decorating and a Craft for Frost Fest!

Our afternoon movies have moved to Mondays, but are still on at the same time of 4:00 PM!

Puzzles and Games has returned to Fridays at 10:30 AM! Come check out our new OSMO system!
