Donate to Our Foundation

We are looking for patrons who would like to support the Library by donating to the
Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund.

Donations to the Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund will be held in perpetuity with disbursements made annually to fund the Slave Lake Library's collection.

Donating is easy:  Simply click on the picture below and it will take you to the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta.  Then identify the Slave Lake Municipal Library Fund as the fund you wish to donate.

We hope you`re all having a good summer so far and staying cool! Though things are still heating up at the Library for the month of August. Our Summer Reading Program is still going on and as part of that Mullen the Magician will be back! We`ve also got the Community Story walk happening and our Connecting with Nature Program is still going strong!

We have a packed July for you this summer! Come beat the heat the library where our Summer Reading Program events are in full swing!

We've still got Storytime on Tuesdays and our Connecting with Nature program on Wednesdays. After School Club is over for the year but we still have Youth Nights on Tuesdays. We'll also be hosting a...

Summer is always one of our favorite times at the library! We always have lots going on and our Summer Reading Program is just one of those things! And while we've got our regular Afternoon movies, Story times, and After School clubs, we'll also be putting on a few more special events!

Spring is finally here and things are happening at the library! There's After School Club, Storytime, Afternoon Movies and lots more!

Please note that the library will be closed on May 21st for the long weekend.
