The Slave Lake Regional Library Board was pleased to award the Slave Lake Legacy Scholarship to 3 local students at the Roland Michener High School Graduation Ceremonies on June 29, 2019.
Kenya Ross. Belle Gauthier and Emma Brandle will each receive $1000.00 to go toward their post secondary education.
The Scholarship was made possible by funds raised through the selling of the book "The Sky was on Fire" by the Slave Lake Firebook committee, and is now disbursed by the Slave Lake Regional Library Board.
